Application online, virtual job tryout (personality questions, mock viewing client accounts to answer questions, all information is provided in the fake account) contacted three days later by a recruiter. Soon after had a phone interview, then a virtual video interview the following week due to COVID-19, typically on-site. Virtual HR presentation, followed by a one on one interview.

The interview at Vanguard felt smooth, professional, and welcoming. Conversation flowed naturally, questions were clear, and the atmosphere stayed relaxed. I left feeling confident, prepared, motivated, and genuinely excited about the opportunity.

First, an online job tryout, then an HR phone interview that is slightly about your history and mainly learning about the position. Finally, a 45 min interview with a team lead that is very behavioral.
