I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vanguard (Malvern, PA)
Interview
1 phone interview with general questions and behavior questions. Also why do you want to work at Vanguard questions. 2nd interview in office 1-1 more intense and work related questions and experience related. Plus behavior questions. 3rd you go in a group conference to explain vanguards values and if you are fit for them then 4th you go and have 1 case scenario question that gives you a client with certain lifestyle and you have to read the bio of the client and then after a few minutes you will have to talk 1-1 with the interviewer as if they were the client and show concern and solve the problem and give them a solution. Sounds intense but it is not a big deal just show normal customer service skills, compassion, and make sure to give a solution as if you are giving it to yourself and you will be fine
