The interview process consisted of three rounds, and the experience was quite disappointing.
Round 1:
The HR explained the company and the role. However, the position advertised as a testing role turned out to be more of an implementation job that requires traveling to multiple locations both within and outside the city. Surprisingly, the company does not provide travel allowance for work within the city.
The working hours mentioned were 9 AM to 8 PM with a six-day work week, which is quite demanding. Additionally, the company requires a 2-year bond along with submission of original certificates, which is not considered a standard or ethical practice in many organizations today.
Only candidates who agree to these conditions are allowed to proceed to the next round.
Round 2:
This round mainly focused on testing patience rather than evaluating technical skills.
Round 3:
In the final round, HR informed that the offered salary is 3 LPA. They also mentioned that lunch charges would be deducted from the salary, even though the role involves traveling across the city and employees may not always be present in the office.
