You submit your applications along with your transcripts and test scores. Then you have an automated computer interview. Then a phone interview. Make sure you are very expansive on what you have to offer. Also, describe how you being a tutor is beneficial to the clients they are gathering.

Interview conducted via a link and so can be done at one's convenience and one have a second chance at preparing and submitting a response to a question. However, having to prepare a teaching class for 10 mins without sharing one's screen was not an easy task.
