Interview
I did the on-line video interview. I was given questions on the screen and then responded to them. I had the opportunity to first prepare for the interview by the practice video. When I gained enough confidence, I then started the process and completed it. I was able to get assistance from the technology staff. I am happy that I could call on them when I needed help to prepare for the interview. A staff person contacted me immediately after the interview to inform me that I was accepted. We discussed possible assignments and ways to post my availability. Soon after, I began tutoring.

I was asked about my approach to teaching or tutoring.
I applied online and then they set up an interview with me. The interviewer's questions were straightforward and I also got to ask questions about the job. There was clear follow up on the next steps in the interview process.

Interview
The interview is performed in online/ remote setting.
You have to record yourself and you are given two tries to answer few questions asked.
There is a practice question to get you going.
There was no interview process. We just got offer letters and I think its because they are still starting and up and all. But I think its a great opportunity to learn and teach.
