The interview is a quick eight minute questionnaire. You respond to a few questions about your teaching style, and experience. Varsity tutors gets back to you very quickly by email letting you know whether or not you got the position.

The interview process was filming my answers to questions and submitting the final product. In my case I did a short 3 minute lesson in the area that I was interested in teaching in. I then did a phone call interview and was offered a position.
