They promise that the interview promise is "a few quick questions". Then, after wasting 20 minutes of your time doing canned, robot interviews, they sideswipe you with CREATING A LESSON PLAN FROM SCRATCH for 10 minutes. No materials. No blackboard. No warning. No thanks. That is not a "quick question". That is a DEMO LESSON.
To top it all off, they have spammed my inbox multiple times a week poking me about "finishing my interview". They have no capability for self-analysis.
