First round-phone interview, which took about 20 minutes. Interviewer asked a lot of general questions, like availability, subjects, what other jobs I was working on at the time, as well as how much I expected the compensation to be. She was nice and friendly, and at the end of the interview, a second interview was set up for a week later via the video platform on their website.
Second round-Video interview. I read a lot of reviews on here and expected some challenging questions, but there were surprisingly none. She confirmed my information from the first interview in the beginning and then jumped right into subject questions. These were all presented in multiple choice form for me, and I had to explain the questions, concepts and answer. I applied for all levels of chemistry, math up to Algebra II, and many areas of test prep. The chemistry questions given were so basic, as well as the math questions. They definitely didn't measure up to the levels I applied for. For SAT/ACT prep, she asked a lot of scenario questions, like "if the student did this/acted like this, what would you do? etc." The whole thing only took about 30 minutes.
