The 4 interview(s) were very professional and straight forward. I actually had a lot of fun talking with the various employees, hiring managers (Internal and External Engineering), HR, and recruiter(s). Despite passing 4 levels of increasingly complex interview, driving and spending my day with them in person, and having existing employees validate me, etc... Veeam's end treatment was anything but professional.
If you want to be "Ghosted," (ignored - for no reason?) Apply To Veeam. To have passed 4 levels of interviews and then to be ignored is not only a direct insult to the applicant, but you've inadvertently shown your true colors. "Veeam Team," "Conversations from the heart," & "Innovate & Iterate"(all Veeam core values) apparently fail apply to worthy applicants.
I wish Veeam hadn't wasted my time, money, and put me through an emotional roller-coaster. Further, I wish the hiring manager(s) and HR would have lived up to their positions and actually responded to professional status inquires and not left someone out in the cold to wonder what went wrong.... It seems "closure" to Veeam only applies when signing a contract. >:(
