30-45 min interviews with multiple members of the R&D group ranging from RA to Vice President. Mostly describing past roles and experiences with each person. Some "quiz" word problem questions regarding previous experience.

HR screen followed by two interviews. First was short with the head. Second was long - several hours with multiple people. Pretty exhausting to spend that much time but the people were nice.
