Velrada Consultant interview questions

Simple, good questions and explained position, company and expectations. Both performing interview very technical and now what they are after. Felt at ease and also wanted to understand my career ambitions are

An unusual and confusing experience. While polite, HR almost talked the company down. It took weeks between communication and pre-organised call times set were either missed or very late, with no apology. The interview with the team lead went very well. The team lead indicated positive feedback would go to HR. I heard back from HR one month later because "more than one team lead kept asking [them/HR] to follow up". I have undertaken the next required steps, but again, no response. As per other reviews, for the time taken, it would be nice to at least get a generic "thanks for your interest, but you werent successful this time" email.
