Vendera Resources interview questions

Successfully went through the full online and face to face interview with Upper Management. They seem to want more experience. I have over 20 years of O&G in several areas and numerous years in the system that they currently using. Six months later I get approached again about the same position. They still are looking for more experience. They have an office of younger dividuals, but not as experienced. I left thinking the Controller only uses these interviews to gain more knowledge about the new system their using. Also her son works their also with no prior experience. So anyone please feel free to step up and tell them, because they are not getting it. DUH....Experienced O& G Professionals don't waste your time, you will not fit the mold that they have created.

Extremely unorganized. The person scheduled a virtual interview with me and then somehow forgot about it. The person said they were going to send the next steps and still haven't done so. The interview was.... not really an interview. It was awkward and I'm convinced that this person has never conducted an interview before. The interviewer was acting very odd.. maybe hungover or just a negative demeanor. I'm no longer interested in working here.
