A phone screen which resulted in an invitation for a group interview that happened about 6 weeks later. The group interview can be very intimidating for introverts. I honestly felt like this type of interview was like seeking acceptance from a pack of wolves and you needed to be impressive enough to be invited to be part of the pack. It was also a good learning experience in getting over some insecurities about public speaking.
