Contacted first from an recruiting agency. Interviewed on the phone with a few guys from Chicago office. It kind of went well, and then I received a call to come in for a person to person interview in their NYC office. Met with a nice woman and their Director of Operations. He seemed nice as well, though if you don't have a major hipster look or if you are from Brooklyn NY and have a slight Brooklyn accent don't bother with this place. They only hire Hipster types it seems, I was nice personable and talkative and they turned me down because I wasn't hip enough. So if you don't look like a major pencil neck hipster type do not bother with this place, total prejudice type of environment. Recruiting agency told me to dress to impress business suit and tie meanwhile I could have worn ripped jeans no socks a pair of vans, jeans and a hipster shirt lol. They probably didn't like the fact I was wearing a suit. Waste of my time. If they broke out of being so picky and not breaking NY State Equal opportunity laws I would say yeah go ahead give it a shot. I think I scared them off with my brooklyn accent lol.
