A recorded telephone description on my previous experience. A telephone interview and a video interview. Followed up with HR conversation and background check. I received an offer from and HR rep over email.
Recruiter will contact you for a thorough interview right away if you have the necessary skills and background. From there a hiring manager will set up multiple interviews with the team to see if you are a fit. Not sure why this process can be delayed up to 3 months or longer but they seem to like having back up candidates hanging on. Definitely not worth your time and I found the process to be discourteous and phony.

Pretty Stand interview. Super informative interview about the role and expectations, no smoke and mirrors. Some interesting interview questions which are more personality focused and reflective than performance focused. I had the standard what are your strengths and weakness, but also interesting questions about what do I want people to remember about me
