The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Verizon in Nov 2011
Interview
Most of the time, 2 people are interviewing you and you will be asked a series of questions. Although it i snot required, it is best to answer in the "STAR" format: Situation Task Action and Result. For the result portion, it is good to explain the benefit to you personally as well as the company. There WILL be a question about a time when something went wrong (when you made a decision that ended up being wrong; you thought you could take care of something but should have involved someone else ect). The key here is to emphasize what you learned from the experience.

very professional, team, panel, easy to read the different personalities. We talked serious and also joked. I did not feel as though I was under a time restraint. They all were vested in bringing on the right person.
