Interview
Interviewed with Director and Regional President. Was asked how analyze and solve real world business problems in addition to demonstrating how my background fit roles and responsibilities. Be sure to tie any past achievements to measurable results: increased revenue, decreased cost, improved process efficiencies, etc. When discussing business problem solution, focus on framing the issue, analytic methodologies used and final reccomendations. Ability to communicate findings and explain techniques to all levels of the organization is critical.

How would you determine the incremental financial impact/ROI of a new cell cite?
Interview process was easy to setup and understand. Overall a little over average difficulty questions. Interviews were 30 minutes in length. They ask questions about your experience, difficulties, weakness, why you want to work there, and a math question.

The phone interview inquires about current availability, why interested in working for a vegan restaurant and any research done on the business. The face-to-face interview involves self-assessment questions and behavorial interview questions. A working interview consists of displaying skills to assess job fit cohesiveness with existing talent pool.

Phone Interview, In person interview with HR and Hiring Manager, then final interview with Director. From start to finish the process probably took about am month. Everyone involved was upfront with timelines and open to conversations about what skills you think you could bring to the company.
