Interview
The interview was focused on answering personal and career related job experience by answering questions in the following format: "Situation, Task, Action, Result" (STAR format). As you answer questions, your two interviewers are hard at work, scribbling down your every word, and the room is silent to the point that you could hear a pin drop. Then they tell you that there are a lot of other candidates and they will be in contact with you if you are what they are looking for.

Just basic customer service/ STAR based questions.
The interview was a process. I had to tell them lots of things. I answered questions. They answered questions. We both answered each other's questions about things. They were nice. There was free coffee
Long, mostly video interviews. Questions are cliche and repetitive. Process is simple enough just not to my liking. It’s also my understanding they have mandatory training for 3 weeks. Seems ridiculous to have qualified salespeople train for that long.
