I had interviewed with Verizon almost a month ago and the hiring team ghosted me after the interview. I tried following up multiple times but both the hiring managers as well as the HR ghosted me and I never received any response. This is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional behavior by the team and the HR department. A firm as established as Verizon should at least have the decency to communicate the updates to its candidates. A company with such employees and hiring policies can never grow.
