The law firm sent an email confirmation to schedule the interview.
They conducted virtual initial screening.
Had interview with the law firm manager.
Then had an interview with the Managing Attorney.
Finally, was asked for 3 References.
It was an in-person interview. I had to wait a bit because they were very busy with work. When they were done with their work, they took me to the conference room and asked a few questions, and then requested a writing sample.

Conversation with Managing attorney, he asked me more than 10 questions. Tell him my visa status in U.S and when my visa would be expired. He asked me my career plan in the future. Then asked me to draft an email to a client.
