The first interview was pretty quick and easy, after about 30 minutes they tell you if you advance to the next level or not. The second interview was pretty lengthy I interviewed with 3 people its pretty relaxed and I found out the same day that I got the job.

Screen with HR, then aptitude test, followed by phone interview with hiring manager then in person with hiring manager, followed by a shadow, and finished by meeting with the director. Offer contingent on drug screen and background check.
