Interview
Initially I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was then flown into Portland for an interview with the hiring manager and several other trainers. I was asked to give a training presentation on the topic of my choice, then a fairly informal round robin interview process with the other trainers.

What were my thoughts on a task based training approach. It was only difficult because I was not yet familiar with the type of material trained at that particular location, and the industry is very different from where I was at the time.
