I recently went through the interview process with Viber, which consisted of meeting HR initially, followed by three interviews and an online test. I had a very positive experience overall. The HR team was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout. Each stage of the process felt relaxed and conversational, which allowed me to be myself and showcase how I work. It really felt like a two-way process, not only was I being assessed, but I also got a good sense of the company and the team. After each interview, HR followed up promptly and gave clear guidance on what to expect next. The only minor downside was that the overall timeline felt a bit long. However, the consistent communication and support made the wait manageable.
