Initial interview process seemed fine. Phone interview to kick things off then made it to the panel interview. Was first told the interview wouldn’t be a STAR focused interview instead a discussion about my response to a task they would send through. Changed mid-way with extremely poor communication from HR. Asked how long I should make for the interview and never received any response. Task was emailed after the panel interview with missing links to documents that were needed to complete the task. Emailed HR and called and never received a response.
