Victor interview questions

Had initial interview with the manager and second one together with co-ceo. Overall was pleasant, standard questions about previous experience and skills. Previous experience in aviation, hospitality or client service sector is needed, however, not mandatory. Interpersonal skills are important.

Interview was pretty straightforward, 2 interviewers, questions were relevant and no real surprises. It felt fairly relaxed and relatively informal, and the interviewers were pleasant. At the end of the interview I was told I would hear back by the end of the week, and thats where it ended. I received no further communication at all. I sent an email detailing my notice period as requested at the interview, and a further email a few weeks later politely asking for the result of the interview. It is now over a month later, and I have still not been contacted and my emails ignored. Very unprofessional not to at least let a candidate know where they stand following an interview. Especially after I took the time on my day off, during a hot summers day to come to the interview! I Just hope they communicate better with their customers, or they'll be loosing a few!
