Interview
First there was a screening call and then went into the shop where they held a group interview, they went round asking everyone a different question and then set us a group task and an individual task.

Individual task: they asked us to take an item from the bag and try to sell it. The items were office equipment (stapler, post it notes etc)
It was a group interview with 8 other prospecting applicants with questions focused on how to engage the customer and provide them a victoria secret experience and focus on those who gave history in sales / retail

very easy interview process nothing to stress over come prepared with the basics and speak highly of your skills and how you can contribute to the team mention your interest in growth show curiosity in different roles that you can qualiify for as well
