They see if you can relate to the customer through their products. Asked about your personal experiences from previous jobs.

Interview was one on one with a store manager. She was really sweet and kind. I had great vibes the whole time. I loved this job because of the team and even though it was only a seasonal gig on my college breaks, there are days I wish I could go back.
