I applied in person and while filling out application was given a small interview with general question: "why do you want to work here?" etc. Later was set up for a group interview in which questions were more personality based and hypothetical situations.

Describe a time you've gone above and beyond for a customer.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
