The Manager used the application as a guide to ask me questions, also gave me a lot of information about the job responsibilities including the days and hours. The Manager was very helpful and gave me a good impression about the store and the staff

Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
