Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.

They had a two interview process. The first one is a phone call and if you pass that you'll have in person interview, which takes about 15 minutes. Dress professional for the interview and get there a little early.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If you have any retail experience and customer service. Why you want to work there. What your favorite thing or about the store. What interests and you are in. They ask about when you had to solve a problem.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Reading, England)
