Vilvi Group interview questions

I had an interview experience with Vilvi Group in 2021 that left me deeply disappointed. As someone without prior job experience at that moment, straight after studies, I approached the opportunity with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. However, the interview quickly turned into a distressing encounter. The interview, conducted by three mature women, took place online. Unfortunately, instead of constructive questions or guidance, I faced what seemed like predetermined judgments. Throughout the session, I was met with accusations rather than genuine inquiries into my skills or potential. Statements like "You are a child and wouldn't handle the pressure" and "You understand that you have to have spine working in this position" were not only unprofessional but also humiliating. It was disheartening to encounter such demeaning attitudes during what was supposed to be a professional assessment. The lack of genuine questions and the presence of unwarranted criticism left me speechless. It felt like a predetermined decision was made about my suitability for the role even before the interview began. It's disappointing to encounter such outdated and unprofessional behavior in today's workplace. On a positive note, the HR representative was courteous and professional, which stood out in contrast to the rest of the interview panel. In conclusion, I would caution prospective candidates to be prepared for a potentially demoralizing experience during the interview process at Vilvi Group. It's disheartening to see such behavior in a professional setting, and I hope the company takes steps to ensure fair and respectful treatment of all candidates in the future.
