Vinda interview questions

Three stages in total. Manager interview, assessment, Director interview. Overall the interview went well. It was a casual session with them. No technical questions were asked. They emphasised a lot on their culture and they seem to be very proud of their culture. Benefits wise is considered to be very competitive among this industry.

The usual process. Asked basic operational questions which reflects the company's standard. Nothing asked about how we handle the role, deal with pressures, collaborating with stakeholders etc. No genuine attention given by interviewers when I answered questions. Gave disparaging comments and sometimes seems unprofessional. Bad impression of this company.
