Interview
Initial phone screen with recruiter (15-30 min) followed by call with hiring manager (30 min). Afterwards, panel interview with several team members and HR (individual virtual interviews, 30 min each).

Standard interview questions (background, why you are interested in this position, why you are looking to leave, a few behavioral questions, some more technical questions about specific software/experience).
Phone screen with recruiter that tells me they are transparent and open to candidates (lie). Tells me my next step will be meeting with the HM. Recruiter then ghosts me, and doesn't respond to any of emails. Recruiter also automatically rejects for other roles that I'm qualified for.
