I applied through Indeed and Wellfound, but continued communication through Indeed. They asked for a video submission, but provide no link or instructions; I made a private YouTube video for mine. After some back and forth discussing availability and WFH setup etc., they asked if I could do a phone screening within 3 hours. I said yes. Shortly after, they asked if we could do video instead— I said yes. I met with the co-founder & CEO. The interview only lasted about 60-90 seconds. The interviewer was totally rude and condescending, so I retracted my application and said goodbye. You couldn't pay me 10X to work with someone like that. Not because I can't be bought- because 10X what they're offering is still not that much.
