Overall, the interview process was quick, and I received responses within 24–48 hours.
The role focuses on Developer Experience, CI/CD tooling, and platform support. During the interview, there was a stronger emphasis on local Git operations than I initially expected. My experience is primarily in server-side workflows, using Web IDEs, and platform-level governance, including CI/CD pipelines, repository permissions, and developer tooling. The interviewers were professional and knowledgeable, and the process was smooth. Aligning the interview questions more closely with the responsibilities outlined in the job description could help set clearer expectations for candidates.
Additionally, the internal recruiter mentioned that the first round would be a “get-to-know-you” conversation, but it turned out to be a technical round.
