The process was pretty straightforward. I had a screening, then an interview with a VP, an interview with a potential peer, and, finally, an interview with the hiring VP. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the interviews were mostly conversational. My only issue is the ghosting. After the four interviews, I followed up twice, and there was no response at all. Nothing. I can understand if I had only gone through a screening, but after four interviews, I deserved the courtesy of a response. Being ghosted by such a top-tier organization creates a bad impression and a lack of trust and respect. I expected better from such a prestigious organization.
