As I have been told, Interview process divided into 5 steps:
1 - initial call, 2-test task, 3-call with developers, 4-call with the team lead, 5-offer.
After the initial call, and the completion of the test task, to which I received an almost instant positive answer because it was done qualitatively, I was asked to contact the developers for another call. During the interview with the developers, I felt a cold attitude, as if they are not interested in my application at all, and they conducted this interview as a formality. Besides, my task was about React.js, but developers was not react developers. At the end of the interview, I was told that I would receive a response within 4 days, but there was no answer. After an attempt to contact the developers and HR to find out the result of the interview, I was told that my application was rejected and they allegedly sent me a refusal by mail, although I did not receive any letter. Despite all of it, Im sure that I had all the necessary skills, work experience, I was even ready to work remotely for a while just to join the team and make the company better. I categorically do not recommend applying to their vacancies, since this is a waste of time, and it is not clear by what criteria the selection is carried out.
