Interview
They have 2 managers interview you with a series of questions. They then talk it over and let you know if you’re hired. Once you’re hired you do a drug screening and back ground check and they bring you in for training on optical knowledge to get you ready to run the store within a 2 month time period.
Standard questions about experience and how to handle situations. Typical questions of goals and how the job fits into that. Describe experience, strengths and weaknesses. Was set formal yet laid back.

I had two interviews . The first interview took about a week to get and the second one took about two weeks to get. Both interviews went well and the managers were nice
