There were 3 technical rounds.
First one was on the resume
The second one on was shared coder pad
The last one was a panel coding activity.

Interview
Had a two-on-one interview with two people: co-founder and product guru. There was no real format, just going over my history and testing skills.
As far as the technical side of the interview went, they were very happy with me. But apparently I wasn't a good fit culturally because I was "too prepared". WTF? Maybe I intimidated them with the questions I asked them...? Who knows.
