Glassdoor users rated their interview experience at Vocal Middle as 100% positive with a difficulty rating score of 3 out of 5 (where 5 is the highest level of difficulty). Candidates interviewing for Associate and rated their interviews as the hardest, whereas interviews for Associate and roles were rated as the easiest.
The interview process consists of three stages. First, there’s an interview with the hiring manager, which will include behavioral questions to assess soft skills and a paper test to evaluate relevant technical knowledge. Next, candidates participate in a group interview focused on industry-related questions, providing a chance to showcase teamwork, industry insights, and the ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative setting. Finally, selected candidates will have a one-on-one interview with the CEO. This final stage allows the CEO to gauge the candidate’s alignment with the company's vision and values and determine overall fit within the organization.
There are two interviewers, one is a mentor, and the other is a supervisor.
