First Interview was by phone with the recruiter- Explained the position and ask about my background. Second interview was by phone with the department Manager - wanted to make sure my background and experience was in line with the position. Third Interview consisted of a Skype/phone interview with the department team I would be working with if I was offered the job- it was a total on 3 team members asking me questions. Some of the questions included skilled and technical questions regarding digital marketing. Fourth interview was face to face with a team member – wanted to make sure I would be a good fit for the team, pretty much a personality interview.
