W3Softech India interview questions

Employees are unprofessional including HR and management people. They have scheduled the telephonic interview for me but they did not called as per the schedule. So I tried to inform to the HR.but hr not responded.after so many calls and followups hr responded and scheduled the telephonic interview again. After 2 days of interview, I called to HR for the status of my interview. But hr not responded.so I tried to call the interview panel person for the status.he told like he will get back by EOD.after few mins I got the call from the HR that interview person yelling at her because I called to that guy.and gave me warning that not to call him. I did not understand why this much drama in between their employees .why they r treating job seekers as slaves or maids to them? Why they don't give proper response to the job seekers. Looks like it's not good for professionals. And this company is not employee friendly..really I had bad experience with this company.thank god I did not selected.otherwise I would have suffer more than this.

They are 3 rounds in company .total it takes 2 days to process final i attend the hr round i placed in the w3softech. i recieve a offer letter from company.
