First-stage interview: The guy didn't ask any technical questions; he just briefly explained the job info, told me we have 2 jobs available and asked which one I preferred, and then asked for some basic info about me. It was a very basic interview, and I never heard back from them. I followed up, but they just ghosted me. very unprofessional.
