Honestly, the interviewer was... awful. She didn't ask questions relevant to the position, and when she did, she would add onto my answers after I was done. This happened probably 3 times and by the third time, I was incredibly annoyed - I thought I was being interviewed? The interviewer also didn't really ask questions about my work history and instead focused on one job I had for one year, 6 years ago. Really? I also didn't get the sense that they were a Christian organization like they said seeing as there was hardly any mention of faith even though they ask that you are a member of an evangelical church when you apply. All in all, it felt like a setup to fail from the word go and I don't want to work for anyone that makes me feel that way.
