WM Legal interview questions

The recruiting process consisted of two interviews. One remote and one in-person. Both interviews were straight forward, conducted by two members of management. Main focus was on my ambitions, how I would fit in with the firm's structures and aspirations as well as how I would be able to use my experience in similar roles granted I was offered the position.
