I applied online. I interviewed at WPH Digital (Singapore) in Apr 2026
Interview
Interview consisted of two people, both from HR via Teams. They asked if it was OK to record the interview, which I found odd, as it was the first time I've had an interview recorded before.
First HR lady seemed new, and was reading questions off a script she prepared. Asked questions I've already answered in the email correspondence, including previous questions about employment history.
Second HR lady, whom was my main point of contact in my email correspondences, conducted technical assessment portion of the interview, a live coding session in OOP, C#. Corresponded with her via email about how the coding assessment would be conducted, and she replied that more details about the assessment would come prior to the interview. No such details arrived, only knew what the technical assessment would be like during the interview itself.
Overall, had the feeling that the whole process was unprofessional, and disorganised on the HR's end.
First round via HR “screening”.
2nd round via online with the hiring manager who is the director who is the boss. Rescheduled 2 times due to internal miscommunication (no show from WPH).
3rd with the hiring manager who is the director who is the boss. The boss requires face to face meeting to “feel” the vibe. Went to the office but no show again due to miscommunication.
Do note, there is no OT but long working hours.
