Sent a cv and cover letter, which was followed by a video interview and the questions asked were the basic competency questions. The assessment centre was in London it started off with the CEO starting off, then followed by a group activities, and then an interview and the day ended with a reply to an email

Apply via school system and wait for being shortlisted for interview, but after enclosing resume, no interview was conducted. And be offered an intern position about infrastructure, geotechnical and structure. In the negotiation stage about duration and time of the internship. Used to attend their talk and networking session. Employers there are very nice.
