Communication was very weak. Finished screening call which was amazing and was left without any response for over 2 weeks even after following up. Team is relatively young which reflects in their style while interviewing senior engineers. Accepted offer in different place because I didn't hear back
Recruiter rescheduled twice less than 30 minutes before the meeting. Was told that we could skip the initial recruiter chat and move to round 1 of interviews... That also got cancelled last minute with an email saying they decided to move in another direction. Complete disregard for the interviewees time.

The onsite technical interviews focused on practical skills rather than traditional data structures and algorithms questions. Specifically, they included a code review exercise and a complex real-world programming scenario. I found the real-world coding challenge particularly challenging. One important tip: carefully read and understand all problem statements before beginning your solutions.
