Communication was very weak. Finished screening call which was amazing and was left without any response for over 2 weeks even after following up. Team is relatively young which reflects in their style while interviewing senior engineers. Accepted offer in different place because I didn't hear back
Recruiter rescheduled twice less than 30 minutes before the meeting. Was told that we could skip the initial recruiter chat and move to round 1 of interviews... That also got cancelled last minute with an email saying they decided to move in another direction. Complete disregard for the interviewees time.
The interview process consisted of four stages: an initial recruiter screening, an online assessment, a hiring manager interview, and finally an onsite interview round. The onsite technical interviews focused on practical skills rather than traditional data structures and algorithms questions. Specifically, they included a code review exercise and a complex real-world programming scenario. I found the real-world coding challenge particularly challenging. One important tip: carefully read and understand all problem statements before beginning your solutions.
