Was a group interview which was pretty informal. Involved speaking to the person next to you and feeding info back to the group. Also had to pick a product from a number they provided and sell it to the group

Online test multiple choice scenario questions an ranking yourself, then 2nd stage is interview and work in group to solve questions like e.g. what do you do if we don't have a certain product a customer wants

Group interview, had several people split into smaller groups which they then asked to collaborate on questions. Seemed important to be communicative, and open to the feedback of others interviewing.
