Series of questions that pertain to walmarts values to learn how you deal with situations dealing with all of them. They try to get a sence of your experience as well as how you deal with each situation.

Describe a time where you had to work with others to get a job done, how did you go about it? Which role did you play within the group, and what was the outcome of the job?
The process was very easy. Asked basic questions. I’m not sure if they pay much attention to your scheduling needs, however. Just answer honestly, and you will be fine. If you do have any scheduling issues, be sure to tell them so they can adjust your schedule if it suits their needs.
Group interview, with 3 other candidates and 2 interviewers.
Interviewers were friendly, asked behavioral questions, availability and so on.
Also asked about the aspirations and why choosing this company. Also had to describe scenarios and how you handle them.

3 stage interview gradually movie up in seniority levels. Just be a natural changer you’ll do fine. God speed and good luck party people. Thirty words is a bit much for a basic job
